Christopher B. Turcotte

Chris works extensively on white-collar criminal and complex civil litigation matters, representing a broad spectrum of clients in state and federal courts throughout New York, New Jersey and Connecticut. His practice focuses not only on the litigation defense of his clients, but on prophylactic measures designed to anticipate and short-circuit such prosecutions by suggesting corporate integrity and document retention initiatives in this post-Sarbanes-Oxley environment. Chris’ vast experience in overseeing substantial document productions has given him added insight on subpoena compliance, including attendant electronic discovery requirements.
